App**** for a Cell phone contract, received the phone call and was told I was approved, went further with all the steps, chose the colour of the phone and was read the terms and conditions. Was informed that I will receive a sms from the courier company and should have my ID copy as well as my proof of residence handy upon arrival. Received a sms now that my order has been declined due to credit vetting. I bought a house last year October. Surely I can not be declined for a cell phone contract of R 500. No explanation, no asking of extra information or documents. Pathetic service!!!
