My word... how useless Telkom is. You'll have been charging fpr insurance on my phone that I don't have. The more you query this, the more you'll ignore. I told you'll that I won't be paying fpr a service that I don't have. I called customer care a thousand time in the last two weeks. Instead of rectifying my account, you'll cut my line. You'll continue to debit my bank account but my phone just don't get switched on again.. now I am paying you'll fpr a service is completely nome excisting. I requested call backs from you'll management but not a single one comes back. Absolutely disgusting. There is no escalation process in place and no one can help. If you request for the recordings of your phone calls, you get told that you must contact your lawyer. I have had enough!!! My business suffers because of you'll poor service and to date over the last two week, I lost thousands. I will never renew any contracts with you'll. I promise you Mr Sipho Masake.
