Telkom

I stopped my adsl line with telkom because l was getting continuously pathetic service from telkom. I did however resquest my landline number to keep only . I was supposed to receive my sim card. I was told that my sim card will be delivered via courier to my house. Serveral weeks later l did not receive my sim card. After 10 visits to the Telkom stores in Gateway and Phoenix branch l still didn't receive it. Logged many calls and still no joy but the debit order goes off every month. Been paying for more than 18 months and not utilizing what l am paying for. Phoned the call center and waited several hours on the call in total and still no joy. Even logged a call for a refund more than 5 months ago and still no feedback. Worst company to be associated with in my life . Please assist.
