Telkom

I have a Huge issue telkom has an option to open accounts with them via phone call as long as you have an ID number... Well my ex's sister opened an account on my name ran it into the ground without my knowledge and now i a battling to get my name clean 2 years ago i called telkom and they pulled the records confirming the voices do not match and i sent all valid documents to tell them i didnt give permission for the account and still to this day that account is on my name running and i have been blacklisted as there isnt payment and for me to close this account they want me to be liable for the outstanding amounts... I've sent emails and made phone calls and got no response what so ever... this is really pathetic customer service and an easy way to get people into trouble...
