Telkom *****

I am extremely disappointed with Telkom, I called in in April about the charges on my account which they told me i had to pay despite not understanding why. Whilst on the call i was informed the cause of the abnormality was resolved only to have the same thing happen again This month.

When calling into the customer service center no one gives proper support nor do they care to rectify the issue.
