i took a iphone contract out on the 9th with telkom and the 11th the phone just stopped working i took it the monday back and they said they will need to send it off it was sent off came back 3 weeks later still not fixed as my find me is on and i have no access to the phone to take it off and last week they said they going to send it off yesterday i went back and they gave me the phone broken i first need to take the find me off and they refuse to cancel the contract
