Telkom

This is actualy a zero rating to the new contracts department. I app**** for an additional contract on line from telkom on the 3rd of november 2020. I received my confermation on the 5th of November. I was told that i would receive my new phone within 5 work days. Up until now i haven received any device nor have I received any reason as to the delay. My account has been billed for the first months fees but i have no phone. People dont make the mistake i made. Rather stick to a service provider that delivers a service.
