telkom 5 gig deal

they keep on dedit my acc for the amount of R1470.00 each month and i am keeping going to the bank and stop payment and it cost me each time R100.00 to reverse and i keep on phoning them but it never answer keep me on the line for 6minutes her is the acc no what they said i got ,but they declined my order. account no ********** 62.its for 5 gig deal. i want to consultant with a lawyer about this,please can you help. many thanks Andre Jacobs
