I would like to start by saying that telkom are a bunch of idiots that dont know what the hell they are doing . I upgraded my wifi plan to a 4mbps from a 2 mbps for the month of January my wifi was slow so i opened a fault with telkom about a week ago the lady at telkom told me that my profile was upgrade but not my line speed and i asked here what that meant she couldn't answer me as to that i received my bill for January and found that my bill was about R1400 and telkom expect me to pay for a service i did not receive and according to the CPA it is a ******* to charge someone for a service you are not providing . Last week and Thursday i complained about my bill on here and the lady who called me i should change my username and password i did and guess what i have been without wifi for a week for a whole damn week i had to buy data so i could hand in my assignments and do my work and telkom still expects me to pay i think i should take this matter further to ICASA or the public protector because i think they would enjoy a case like this because i saved all my emails (and according to the POPPI act emails are admisible in court )
