Never have i seen such BAD service!!! I cancelled my LTE on 11th of May and received a SMS to confirm but still deductions. When i phone to query debit order deduction i was told it was never canceled and the reverence sms isn't the correct product but i only have LTE and used my ID number on the site!!! I have phoned multiple time each call longer than 45minutes and still no joy
