I have never come across such arrogance, incompetence, lack of client service than I have with Telkom. I had a R80pm contract in 2015,canceled in 2017.Telkom in their wisdom just started debiting my account with no communication at different dates of the month. I advised them on numerous occasions I have no longer any dealings with them yet they continue passing debit orders on my account.
