I’m so disappointed with the level on service I received from Telkom I called on Monday to report the poor network/connectivity issues the lady who was on a call with me said it will take 72hours for the technicians to be on sight I reside in Tshepisong she said if I’m by Raymond Mhlaba Secondary School I will have to wait because the tower is affected. It’s over 72 hours no communication nothing from Telkom I’m working from home and you are inconveniencing me cause now I have to buy MTN data to work when I’m paying R900 a month for my router this is ridiculous 🚮 so it takes 72 hours for you guys to send technicians wow
