Telkom

Telkom is now disappointing, I loaded data and recieved 3gigs data, airtime and telkom to telkom minutes.... A day or two later all my airtime, data, minutes and smses all disappeared. Tried calling callcentre but I can't get through, what I need assistance with is not on the options when calling. Can someone please clarify this for me... I'm so not happy with telkom at this stage.
