Telkom just gave me the worst service ever this morning they are refusing to help me and i just took a contract with them. The help i required is to get carification on when will they commence with debiting my bank accout but they were so quick to help me get a contract and i wanted to check which package i took just to be sure i recently received their product of which i app**** for it in June due to bad service i only received it last week and they sent it to me now and they dont wanna update me on how they will bill me on it. I app**** for this contract online now they are telling to go to a store i app**** in of which i didn't. Telling me that i gave wrong infor for security check the consultant i was talking too seemed not to be intrested on helping me.Telkom really put me off they just waiting to debit my account without giving consultation and they dont wanna tell me info on my contract on what is going on with it. Bad service i an appalled.
