Telkom - 3rd complaint. useless follow up

<p>This is the 3rd Hellopeter complaint about telkom. I sent a cancellation form for my line and internet / adsl in FEBRUARY, i have been to to the telkom store in Fourways crossing 3 times, I have been contacted by two USELESS telkom employees replying to these reviews and nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>KEAGAN from their social media response team was the last useless employee to tell me that they will assist with nothing being done.</p> <p> </p> <p>to the admin of HELLOPETER, TELKOM ARE REPLYING TO THESE REVIEWS AND TAKING ZERO ACTION. THEY ARE USING THIS TO GAIN A FAVOURABLE RESPONSE SCORE HUT THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.</p>
