Telkom 3G network is the worst there is

Every day there is problem with Telkom 3G network. Not connecting, dropping connection, DNS server not working etc. etc. Why do they exist at all with this ****ty service ? I bought 5GB bundle but I can't use it and they refuse refund. ****** !
