Telkom 3G/4G signal in Stellenbosch

<p>The signal for Telkom in Stellenbosch, which is one of the more populated and high-end towns in Western Cape, is beyond pathetic! I can't even make a basic phone call without having to say the words: "Can you here me?" . The signal jumps around more than a hyperactive kid, between edge...yes, it still exists thanks to Telkom...., 3G and Lte(barely). Really dissatissfied...and it is not even that hard to get right!!</p>
