I upgraded on Monday. I asked the sales lady to make a note that the courier had to phone me for delivery as i work in retail. I also said that i was off on Wed and Thurs but back at work on Friday. Today i got a call from the courier to say there is no one home. When i phoned telkom to ask whats going on, i get such an attidude from the sales lady!! This is not the service that i pay for!! I want my phone today

28 Apr 2023, 13:59I have never had such bad service!!!!! Telkom gives out their complaints tel number that does not even exist!!! They discriminate against me!!!! I AM DONE WITH THIS!!!!!!! I WANT CEO TO CONTACT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
