Telkom

I am so unhappy with the service i receieved from Telkom . I had a contract with them and decided to go for an upgrade told them to cancel the old contract and create a new one . They did not cancel i have been paying for two contracts . I went to go report it at the mall of the south telkom only thing i was told that they would call me no sorry no nothing . I want my money back for the months iv been debited for something i cancelled its not fair
