Telkom

I am writting this with heavy heart on the 23 of Oct went to do a sim swab with telkom gezina which is a contract sim i paid R20 for that n was told my sim is ready for use only to find out not in use /no network okay i went back they told me they cant do anything abt it as i have to get a speaker told em i dont want the speaker they can cancel it now they telling me i have to go back to wonderpark where i bought my phones they will assist ..i went there same story ..was told they will log with IT so that they could remove speaker and proceed with sim swab n come back after 10 days wen i go back there after 10 days same story they can't do anything abt it. but they are taking money for the services i am not getting every month I ma not happy with telkom
