This store is an absolute joke! If they not off line they are all sitting have a social gathering!Meaning: at least 12-15 staff with 7 computers to assist, yet you walk in no.assistance.The customer service computerized self help system requires you to print a ticket and wait in a queue.

I visited this store Monday late afternoon.I took my printed number ticket from self-help desk number 43.The most ridiculous thing is there were 5 numbers(customers) supposedly bwdoew me...yet there was no one else in the queue?????No one greeted me & they had mewaiting whilst they gatjeree behind the desk chatting. The computerized system kept on calling out numbers in queue yet I was the only one my nimber was ignored.No one assisted. I.then took out my phone and took a video as proof.They syarted jumping up and and shuffled around. My question is?This.store is overstaffed, mostly off line & most staff has terrible.attitudes! The public no longer borhers to complain as this is a regular, continuous problem!!!! Anyone else had the same experience?
