I received a letter from Nudebt, the company that represents Telkom for accounts in arrears. According to Telkom, I am in arrears with my account and the threats to blacklist me was made clear in their notice. I rezponded to them with a copy of my invoice, proofing that I am not in arrears and that I have umtil 31 Oct to oay my latest incoice. The incompetence of Telkom is displayed here in this type of correspondence to me.
