Telkom ****!!!!

My sim was suspended & received message saying I exceeded credit limit . That was new for me. Come month end tried to pay my bill only to find an exorbitant amount. Went to festival mall, no one could explain why but ***** happened on my line. Query was logged , 2 months down the line no response from Telkom, I keep going to the branch & no response, query not yet resolved. Now I am getting calls from vvm that my account has been handed over . Instead of resolving my query I get handed over ?? Wow !! Customer service at its best . I won’t pay & I will escalate the matter . Ombudsman here I come …
