Telkom

I lost my cellphome on the 29th of july, reported it to telkom.and proceeded with my insurance claim . Sadly im being taken from pillar to post. None of their insurance department bothered to call me, i keep following up with them, its now the 11th of August still not received my phone. It has turned up to be a worst nightmare dealing with telkom. I wouldn't dare recommend it to anyone with their ****ty service yet they dont hesitate deducting insurance money from my account ????
