Telkom 30gb Promo False advertising

I recently got a contract from telkom, they said the contract comes with 30gb(10gb x 3months) but i havent received it yet, logged a query and it was "resolved" but there was still no changes. went to the telkom store but all they did was log another query and still there was no query
