Telkom - 3 months of no service, monthly debits

I've been without landline service since 8 March 2019, I logged a call, but no technician was sent after 7 days. Called numerous times thereafter and eventually cancelled my landline service twice. My bank account was debited end March, April & now May 2019, yet no service and no feedback from Telkom. What now?
