Telkom 3 months free netflix false

Telkom is false advertising the free 3 months netflix deal. I have been struggling to get my promo code from them. I have been sent from netflix to telkom and from telkom to netflix but nothing helps. I was suppose to get a sms and follow a link but i have recieved nothing. The help line is less than useless.
