TELKOM

I would like to review Telkom, specifically Telkom Ilanga Mall, Nelspruit. First of all, they never answer their phone. The first time I had to go to Telkom the lady behind the counter was not interested in helping at all and immediately had an attitude with me. But just before me she helped a african person with a smile on her face. Second of all I have been struggling with Telkom for 3 weeks now where they need to contact me but doesn't get back to me. I have went back to Telkom 3 times and everytime they have some kind of an excuse.

I also work in a service related industry, i know how it should and should not be! And they are definitely right at the top of the what not to do list!!

I will never ever use Telkom again and will not recommend any telkom product to anyone!!!
