Good morning i have an issue with telkom that deducted my money and are now saying they have not deducted and they have now locked my telkom account on 29 june 995.07 was deducted they say i must hear from my bank i dont know what exactly i should hear from my bank as my balance was 2115.71 and after they had deducted 995.07 my balance was 1120.64 after they took their money appearing the same on my bank statement but now im told that i must phone my bank please advice your correspondence will be much appreciated
