I bought a contract for home data with Telkom last year and I was told my house have coverage. when I got home it was not working. i took it back to the shop in Maponya mall telkom. they reset it and i went back home with it and it did not work. the next day i took it back to the shop they took the ****le and cancel the contract. 3 months later i received a debit order from them of R1283. i quiry it with telkom they said they will attend to it and i reversed the money from the bank. September 2020 i received a SMS that they attended to the query and matter has been resolved. only to find out that in February and March 2021 they will deduct again different amounts and i reversed them. they then send me SMS that they are handing me over for collection. currently i am applying for loan and I am declined because they say i am handed over for collection. and no one is willing to talk to me at telkom. i demand an urgent assistance in this regard.
