Telkom

I would not recommend telkom. We struggle every day with connection even though we’re near a telkom tower. They told us we are on a +-80/90 mb/sec line. It is also very slow sometimes as low as 2/4 mb/sec. Once in a while our data is finished in the beginning of the month( 100gb) even though we know that’s not possible. Sometimes we’re not even home and then it magically dissapears. we call them and always a issue sorting it out. We can’t cancel our contract because they want you to pay the full amount of what you will own ‘till the end of your contract and only then your contract is cancelled. ( so you basically still pay the full amount). Their price is what hooked us by choosing telkom but it’s not worth it. We’d rather pay more and know that we don’t have any issues.
