TELKOM

As of today i am regretting ever to be with telkom. No customer service over the telekom whatso ever. I have spoken to numerous of people at the accounts department to rectify a wrong doing now i have to pay at the end of the month. Yet still waiting on answers and people to call me back as i have also sent an email to Lungi Cele. And still waiting.

I have tried speaking to Lungi Cele who is the supervisor of the people in accounts. But when i ask her she is always busy or cannot take my call. The people who answer the phones are so useless they dont really understand you.

Telkom is quick to take money from you but not quick to rectify anything and i am so fed up with them for not getting answers and solutions that i have to complain on hellopeter.
