Hello Peter. I bought airtym from Telkom and I bought 1000 instead of 100 my Telkom number is *** and I called them for refund and I was promised to get 900 refund bt I never did, after that I called them to follow up Nd I was told that money was sent into my account and I request proof and they failed to produce proof to me case number is #***6 and the last person I spoke to was Thempeli date 29/05/2019 time 12:51 and he asked his manager to assist me bcs the case was logged on the 29 March 2019,and people from billing department closed the case serveral times without reason and Mr Mthethwa who is the Agent mananger said he escalated my complain on the 13 June 2019 and they promised to pay me back bt till today no feedback and when I send him emails on ***, he doesn't answer my emails anymore, please assist to get my money back bcs they took airtym from my fone on the 9th of April. Thank you.
