I have been waiting 3 weeks + for my cell phone they have deducted the instalment from my bank account and still no phone. The customer services cant help as they are for landline not mobile although you follow the voice prompts ??????? as well as being unhelpful took my no and a manager was going to call back but no results??????? Rating -10
