Telkom

I am battling to receive an order that was promised by Telkom. No one can assist to date. My lines were cut by Telkom. After several fault reports and received no response. I had to call and was told that they will not be renewing cables in my area. I was forced to take the wireless option and was offered a package. I eventually took one and was promised a router, sim card and a wireless phone. After several calls i eventually received the router, then had to call and again for the phone and sim. received sim only. still awaiting the phone. everyday i have been told that i will get one, or may not get one. since June to date, i am still awaiting. The courier company they use, which is courier IT is just as bad, they sit with the parcel and you have to call daily to ensure that you get a delivery. Highly frustrating and disappointing. end result, i still a await a wireless phone.
