Where's the old Telkom that we know? These new Telkom n openserv its just crab my line stopped working since last week Thursday till today 1st technician come on Friday and he was clueless about the problem he went and promised to come back he never did till today I called again yesterday since my line was not fixed and technician by name of Andrew called these morning when he arrived he also didn't know where to start said to me he must go to Lenasia to get the key and when he comes back he asked me where's the telkom box on these area and I was wow your a qualified telkom technician yet you asking me about your job answer from him was since you don't know where's the box unfortunately I can't do anything and he left. I wonder where Telkom got these unqualified technicians even people at the call center they so flipping useless and not knowing what they're are doing now my business stucked because off these useless Telkom I'm very angry mxm
