We have moved houses at the end of June and I requested that the our telephone line and wifi to be moved in the last week of June, so to be active the first week of July. It is almost 3 weeks and no one has contacted us or even made a attempt to move the line, but they expect us to pay for a full month's service. No wonder everything is going haywire in this country. PATHETIC!
