They have stalled my cancellation for 3 months after I cancelled it within my 3day grace period, giving me all types of stories, from yes I received your cancellation to No your cancellation we cannot see on the system. Then after it was cancelled and they confirmed this, I received an account that says I owe them R4000, when I called them again, they said the cancellation has been opened again. And that my cell phone is connected to the Broadband no, hence my Cellphone also does not work? It has been an endless struggle with Telkom and I bet you they are doing this to clients so you get so sick of calling them, just so you pay the bill…. They even confirmed that my account on Broadband ran until 18 June , but the rooter was collected on the 9th of June, when I asked how is that possible they said I took out the sim card and used it on another advice.

All my calls are recorded I requested the same from Telkom which to date they have not provided.

I am happy to say that Telkom will be on every social media, newspaper and Carte Blanche when I am done.
