Hi I honestly wouldnt even rate telkom with one star but i had to to write this review. I have tried and tried to cancel my telkom landline acc since november last year with no luck. They keep sending me bills each month but we havent used this landline in around a year. Im getting so fed up now. We are old age pensioners and cannot afford this drama. They even had the audacity to come to my home with a upgraded landline phone to which we inmediately declined as this account is supposed to be closed. We want this account closed today.
