Telkom can suck my .......

I have a telkom line, they decide to get rid of copper lines, so i call in for 2 months. I tell them we live in a dead area so thay say that they will get someone from the satelite division to call me. Which now 2 months later still hasnt happened. So the on the 30 May what happens they cut my copper land line. ( To my surprize NOT) so i conatact them and ask ***. i get told told that they will reconnect which took 2 weeks as no one knows or cares anymore ( also after many mnay calls). I then tell them to also send me the LTE phone as we have Vodacom signal and it might be ok. Now 3 weeks later they still havent connected the LTE phone as only today has someone noticed that the number on the card is not working. So there advise is drive 100km to a telkom store and get a sim swap and then call us again and we will then see if we can connect for you.

Telkom if you want your new LTE phone please go to the dump as its in the trash. Worst F...ing service i have ever had in my life, what is happening to this country. My Granfather worked for (GPO) now Telkom years ago and it was a great place to work. Now its a place for under achievers that dont give a f..k
