TELKOM ????

I've upgraded my meg line last month on that special they have, I am with telkom +/- 20 years. They upgraded the same day,but since then my internet and wifi is not working. I spend everyday on the phone with them with no luck. Last week I went in to report it at Telkom Baywest also with no luck. All I need is a technician to come out as they promise. I logged every day a complain on their website as well. I'm sitting with all the ref. numbers no luck. They just send a sms PROBLEM RESOLVED!! I will log everyday a complain until they closed my account. Telkom suck!! My brother also apply for that special and same day service because his a new client.. but the old clients get the worse service.
