TELKOM

I signed up with telkom on a deal they advertised for black Friday (29 November 2018). It was a s9+ and the first 500 applicant get a free wireless charging dock. I specifically asked the telkom agent if I was one of the 500 and if I would be receiving a charging dock and he rep**** that I definitely will be receiving it as I was part of the first 500. To date I have not recieved my accessory that I was promised. I have made numerous calls to telkom. The response I recieve is that the matter is with the manager of that sales department and the matter is being escalated. I once advised the telkom agent that I want to cancel my contract because I did not recieve what I was promised and I recieved a call that same afternoon from the consultant that sold me the product and made the promises, and he again advised that I was part of the first 500 and i will recieve my accessory. I have waited patiently to no response from telkom and if i do not recieve any feedback soon I will cancel my contract and move to another service provider.
