I have never ever been faced with the most appalling service from any company before. My issue has still not been resolved 6 MONTHS later. In trying get help from any telkom office has been so frustrating I am spitting mad. I have more reference numbers than telkom can deliver. As soon as staff hear that I have a problem they make some excuse that I need to fill in a form, call some other help line. I want to call a higher authority but all they are prepared to do is give some help line number where I get the same brush off. FILL IN A FORM is the repeated answer. I have had so many promises and telkom refuse to acknowledge. Their website is also frustrating. There is a multitude of steps that have to be completed to try and get to a higher being to attend to my problem. They stink.
