On the 28 of March Noxolo Porto Mtshali called our office to upgrade our 2 lines.so I said yes you can do it but only problem we need to do a transfer of ownership.only the one transfer has happened.you must always remind them by email.every month you must pay there are now 2 different reference number to pay.till today don’t know if the upgrade was done.no router. No service.the staff go on leave so there is no one to help you
