Telkom

I would like to get some clarity with regards to Telkom Monice deals. How do they select who gets reasonable deals and affordable prices that actually lasts until 30 days. I have called Telkom call centre to understand how does it work because I have found that there are people who gets a lot of GB with affordable prices and on the other hand I always get the most expensive deals. Why the unfairness? It looks like they measure how much you normally spend on data before they put you in a specific criteria. Why not have the same / equal promotion that is fair for everyone?
