On the 18th of may I took a Huawei phone contract, As per the information posted regarding huawei im not happy because I use lots of social media applications ,if I can't load these applications ,this handset is of no use to me ,I haven't used it as yet,it is within the 7 day consumer return duration of not being happy with the product, as per advert it is an Android phone but no longer it is.

The consultant wanted the sale,yet knowing about the current issue regards this handset in question , Had he informed me I wouldn't have taken this handset.. When i approached him said he can't help Although informing him that I didn't use it ,wanted to change it because of the current situation, he was blunt, we can't help I'm addicted to the internet, if it can't have certain applications I want another make that can accommodate my needs. This phone will simply become a dummy toy phone.

The service from the consultants at this telkom store is absolutely appalling.
