Absolutely had it with Telkom! The most shocking service provider I have ever encountered! They are a ********** bunch of ******* and when confronted deny anything and act as if they have no idea what you are talking about. My advice to anyone - cancel whatever contracts you have now while you can and any potential customers, do not go near them!

Not only are they debiting my account for two contracts where I only agreed to one, I am also paying for something else (they can't tell me what and according to them it is *****, but after my bank investigated, they identified that it is indeed Telkom that put through the transaction).

I've raised this issue with them since last month and I have followed up time and time again, but still got no results.
