Telkom

Its been over a month that i have requested a clearance letter from telkom for bank purposes and telkom continously says that within an hour i will receive it . I cannot apply for my homeloan or any other bank services . I called again today and the lady says i just got to wait even if it takes a few month. I have e mailed the credit department myself and no reply
