Telkom

I took out a Telkom contract for R 65.00 a month on a 4 gig data plan, month to month. I was billed for amounts in excess of R 200.00 some months before I had taken the SIM card out of the envelope it came in. I asked to cancel the month to month contract and still got billed. After which I was advised to log queries on the My Telkom site and make my cancellation there. I have queries that are 9 months old on My Telkom which haven’t been resolved. There billing is not accurate and they are unwilling to correct their errors. My manager at work had a similar experience.
