I am soo not happy with the way I have been treated by Telkom, really annoying you would wonder why you left your service provider it's been 2 weeks and my case hasn't been resolved keep going back and forth I submitted all documents and re submitted but still nothing is happening reply I get is I haven't submitted anything how long must I do get my money back, must I go to media now to get my query resolved or maybe is it because you don't care about us?
